We are seeking a talented Structural BIM Technologistto join our expanding team in Barcelona (Spain). We are looking for professionals with diverse experience levels to contribute to our dynamic, internationalglobal strategy and design consultancy.

We require a Structural BIM Technologist to work on a series of new projects, which include:
- Numerous major Data Centre projects and campus’ master planning throughout Europe and the US
- Dfma (Design for Manufacturing Assembly) developments and studies
- Precast Façade´s Projects
- Distribution centre’s across the UK and Europe
- Pharma, Process and laboratory facilities across the UK and Europe
- Some critical infrastructure major projects as Rail Stations or Airports

About the Role:
Structural BIM Technologists at all levels are involved in a broad range of tasks, including BIM models development, maintenance and application of QA process. Layouts and detailing production, supporting the coordination of the structural design team to meet project deadlines. The role requires close collaboration with engineers and architects (internal and external) project teams to ensure the accurate production of structural information under Bryden Wood quality standards.
Essential requirements:
- Experience of working in projects (1-3 years) with BIM working environment roles, within Revit Structures modelling and drafting as core responsibility.
- Studies and education on Engineering (Structural / Civil), Architecture, Building Engineering or country-origin equivalent.
- Excellent English communications skills, both written and spoken (Spanish is a point, but not a must)
- Candidates must be fully entitled to work and legally eligible to work in Spain, and willing to relocate into Barcelona in case is not current base location.
- Good understanding of steel and concrete structures design (your role won’t include calculations or to design them) expanding to detailing & reinforcement.
- Good understanding and experience of working with Revit features (templates, filters, design options, phases, model quantities schedule, 3D rebar and rebar schedules).
